Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

  • Cancellations made before 9 May 2025 will incur an AUD$100.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made on or after the 10 May 2025 will not receive a refund of fees paid.
  • Registrations are however transferable if made via the Conference Secretariat.
